This place suits me perfectly! The 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and complimentary wi-fi. The staff even helped me with a local taxi number on my first visit. Highly recommend the breakfast! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Thank you for a very nice stay. The venue is fancy, food is fresh, amazing location away from the more lively Wensleslas Square area. The room is good-sized and silent with all the old furniture, has free Wi-Fi. The stuff is amicable, the breakfast is nice hot. The Irish bar is superb, liked this place. All in all they offer excellant service.

Comfortable central and best possible location, within walking distance of Czech Museum of Music. And just 10 min walking to city centre. A nice size room and comfortable bed, comfy sleep.

The excellent combination of the price and location. 8 min walking to Charles bridge is real! Spacious room, excellent air conditioning, fine bathroom equipment. Polite and professional staff.
Trams are right under the windows, although the glasspackets are rather thick and room was not too noisy. Uncomfortable furnishing: the chest of drawers is near the door out of bedroom, on the contrary the wardrobe for overclothes is in the bedroom. There is no suitable mirror for makeup! Boring breakfast, too poor choice of fresh vegetables, fuits and hot dishes. The staff is not smiling to guests...

The hotel staff were all very helpful and the service was exceptional..
The breakfast leaves alot to be desired. It lacked variety, no bacon, no boiled eggs(did have a so called scrambled) no beans but plenty of ham and cheese. I do not know which country eats mixed veg for breakfast but remind me not to visit.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast. Good to have free access to computer too.
I did not like that you only got the shuttle transport to the hotel, you had to pay for a cab on your return journey. Also I did not like the smell of smoke and ashtrays near the computer.

Cleanness, location. I was allowed to use their parking place also after check-out. People on the reception were very friendly.
Breakfast was very poor. There were only one sort of cheese and one sort of sausage. You cannot get some coffee, tea or even hot water after 10.00 a.m.!!! They don’t care, how many people seat in the breakfast-room, they just take very quickly all the rest of food away, switch off coffee-machines without asking, if somebody wants something. I tried to ask about some coffee or tea at 10.07 a.m. First I was ignored. When they saw that I don’t give up, they answered me: “After 10 o’clock no coffee!” The people in the kitchen just do what they want. Bad management.

The hotel was out of the more 'touristy' parts of Prague which was nice as it was quieter. We were on the 2nd floor and did not find that the tram was noisy - you can hear it but its not enough to keep you up at night.
The only thing that we did not like about the hotel was the rude front desk staff - our air conditioning did not work our first night and when we asked for them to send someone up to check on it, they insulted us by saying that we were wrong and didn't know how to use it properly. After some pursuasion they did send someone up and sure enough, it was broken. They did however, give us a new room with working AC.

Excellent location, very nice room
Breakfast was so so, after asking if they are aware the shower was cold all we got was a 'Yeah'. This was just 1 person at the reception during checkout, rest of the personal was very friendly

Hotel Roma in Prague is just an excellent hotel!! it's a real great value of money, plus the surplus services, such as wi-fi all around the hotel, availability of 2 PCs for free, Cafeteria working till after the mid night, free airport - hotel shuttle bus service, plus the great location close to the means of transportation and the center of Prague, it's a wonderful hotel that I would recommend for anyone visiting Prague for tourism or business trip

We had a spacious family room on the 3rd floor with roof windows. The hotel is just a short stroll from the tram station. Breakfast was good, with nice coffee. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated the free wi-fi.
